DOWNLOAD Yet another Wu parody, but also another Wu parody that didn't disappoint. This is even more out there than The Beatles/Wu Tang mash-up that we posted a while back. One reason being there is an all-star roster on this playlist. DOOM, Del The Funky Homosapien, Aesop Rock, and Vast Aire just to name a few. If I didn't like this album, I wouldn't post it. Hope you think the same: RZA & MF DOOM - Biochemical Equation Bronze Nazareth, Solomon Childs & Byata - Street [...]

Download: Akrobatik "Brutang Clan Ain't Nuthin' To Puck Wit" Akrobatik (aka The Bru-Tang Clan) leaks the first track off his upcoming Enter The 63 Chambers FreEP, "Brutang Clan Ain't Nuthin' To Puck Wit". The FreEP "Enter The 63 Chambers" (63 coincidentally being Marchand's Jersey Number and the mirror of Wu-Tang's debut album title) will be released in late February 2012. The six-songs featured on "Enter The 63 Chambers" are all recorded over classic Wu-Tang instrumentals are surely the first hockey related hip-hop songs ever [...]

Wu Tang Clams are just one of the many hip-hop-based food items on the extensive Rappetite menu in Atlanta, GA. Other hilarious offerings include Lil' Kimchee, Talib Quail-i, and the devilish-sounding Ol' Dirty Custard. The unfortunate thing about this restaurant is that it's all a hoax. "A fun joke that has gone out of control!" wrote Everett Steele of Atlanta-based interactive media agency Baby Robot . This may be a good thing considering that "beef" between the Turkey Minaj and Lil' Kimchee could easily wreak havoc to your stomach. Wu-Tang member [...]

Pelican briefs, Craig Ehlo, Lil Mac, the beat for Wu Banga, the ghosts of master killers, all channeled on the latest leak from the Wu Tang Pulp project. Some more strictly fam members only shit from the Wrecking Crew (Has-Lo, Zilla Rocca, Curly Castro), plus Boogieman Dela and David Little. Small Pro slices and dices the beat. This is better than any rap tribute album that I've heard (admittedly, I can readily think of few beyond In tha Beginning .) Why cover the songs when you can re-imagine them? The Wrecking Crew know [...]

Yet another play on the original 36, and like the other ones, this is also DOPE. Strictly music. Very funky, very good instrumentation... couldn't really ask for much more. Download Album El Michels Affair - Uzi (Pinky Ring) El Michels Affair - Can It All Be So Simple

I don't know of anymore mash-up / remix albums of Wu's original 36 Chambers , but so far this and that epic Enter The Magical Mystery Chambers album makes me beyond happy. It's crazy how putting mellow beats to the gritty voices and rhymes of the Wu could make such beautiful music. Wugazi - Sleep Rules Everything Around Me Wugazi - Forensic Shimmy [...]

RZA recently caught up with Go Where Hip Hop in Chicago and more or less updated some recent Wu-Tang-related news that he was working with Method Man on Method Man's final album and also word that Wu-Tang is working on a new album. However, he added a bit about helping Nas and Busta Rhymes out with some beats. Here's the copy [via HipHopDX ]: "As far as the Wu brothers, whatever we do, we do it. Sometimes we premeditate it, sometimes it's just done naturally. I'm more in a natural mode right now. [...]

While Wu-Tang was in Minneapolis last week, Raekwon , Ghostface & GZA were busy with other commitments. Still, amazingly RZA lead the crew with an incredible energy filled show, somewhat of a make-up for last winters show without RZA. Raekwon found time to knock out a new slow rollin' joint with OG R&B crooner Big Bub. via OS . Raekwon- "Apologize" -mp3

It is no secret that the distribution of music on the Internet has led to a radical re-appraisal of its free-market value. With essentially every piece of music ever recorded obtainable at no cost through a well-planned Google search, the notion of paying $18 for 35 minutes of music has been rendered preposterous. This shift has come at significant financial harm to many artists (frequently lamentable) and record labels (infrequently lamentable), but it has also come with a number of pleasant surprises. The most pleasant of these, of course, is the ever-expanding universe of free and legal music. [...]

Start the year off right with a weekend of local music.

WIB NECK BENDER!!! Lee Bannon is an experimental Hip-Hop producer based out of Sacramento California. Bannon has proved himself to be different from the rest, producing for artists such as: Talib Kweli, Wu-tang's Inspectah deak, and Zion I. Drifting into hip-hop's hands around the age of 13, Bannon both MCed and created beats, first on the Korg Electribe then progressed into Software. Being an MC was no longer a goal when the beats of Block Head's Uncle Tonny's Coloring Book won him over. As he honed his skills, he quickly generated an eclectic collection of music. With influences ranging [...]

Download: Raekwon- Unexpected Victory Teasing toward the forthcoming album Only Built for Cuban Linx III , here's a new tape from one of Wu-Tang Clan's most skilled lyrical ninjas, Raekwon. Yeah, I didn't really like the dude's last album , but I'm hoping the third installment of Linx is as entertaining as the second. Scope the cover art below and grab the datpiff download above.

RZA just added more smoke to the fire that is the possibility of a new Wu-Tang album in 2012. Ghostface and Raekwon recently alluded to the very same thing with Tony Stark going as far as uttering a possible release month of May. Here's Bobby Digital's proverbial gasoline on the Wu-Tang fire: "Me and Ghostface talk about it a lot," he said . "The other members are talking about it. We'll see what life brings — let's put it that way. To have an official Wu-Tang Clan album with everybody coming together, it's never an easy [...]

This is the cover art for Raekwon's upcoming mixtape Unexpected Victory which drops on Christmas Day and here are some quotes from an interview RZA did with Hip Hop DX. I figured I could lop Tang-related news together, right? The Man with the Iron Fists , is RZA's directorial debut and he's having a tough time translating his visions on to the big screen in his first time running things behind the camera. "So far, it's been my hardest job. I thought the Wu-Tang [...]
