Psych-rock kings the Flaming Lips did a shit-ton of collaborating in 2011, releasing EPs with Neon Indian, Prefuse 73, and Lightning Bolt. And they ended their year with another one, releasing an extremely limited-edition extended-player with a group of fellow experimental explorers, Yoko Ono's Plastic Ono Band. The group only pressed up 2000 copies of the EP, selling them all at their Oklahoma City New Year's Eve show, which the Plastic Ono band opened.
