O lançamento do primeiro álbum homônimo do Yuck completou um ano há poucos meses atrás, e quem diria, eles já começam a liberar material novo para quem se apaixonou pelas suas ditorções de guitarras que tem grandes referências de Sonic Youth e Dinosaur Jr . Chew é uma faixa inédita que foi liberada para stream hoje, e ao que parece, promete ser lançada fisicamente como um novo single logo logo, mesmo que ainda não haja previsão de um segundo álbum. Los liderados por Daniel Blumberg  colgaron una nueva canción titulada Chew, disponible en nuestra sección Tracks . Dale play. Las última noticias que teníamos de  Yuck datan de septiembre del año pasado . Una alegría que estén de vuelta.

Es verdad que el sonido de estos ingleses no tiene nada de nuevo. Pero aún cuando la gran mayoría de sus composiciones son un revival de bandas alternativas de los ´90, por alguna razón logran llamar la atención. Ya lo hicieron con el álbum homónimo que lanzaron el año pasado y ahora lo vuelven a repetir con este single de guitarras crudas, paredes de distorsión y voces espaciales. A veces no hace falta ser original para impactar. .

One of my favorite albums of 2011 was Yuck's Self Titles Debut. The UK based band looked around and figured they were better off in the 902s, producing one of the many nostalgic laced albums of this decade. If you have not heard Suck or Stutter yet, well what are you waiting for? Yuck is back for more with the same terrible cover art. "Chew" picks up where they left off, and a release date for a full release is set to come. Listen / rejoice to "Chew" below.

Lovers of fuzzy 902s style guitar rock rejoice, because Yuck are back in town with a new single. "Chew" sees the British band plowing the same furrow as their great 2011 debut album ("The Wall" still gets played regularly Chez CG), with guitars turned up to distortion levels and hazy, ambiguous lyrics about "chewing it together". A physical release date will be announced soon, but for the meantime you can stream it below, in all its rumbling, wailing glory! New song from YUCK! According to the brief press release that accompanied this song they are going to be playing it for the first time live at Coachella tomorrow. How fancy of them.

One of last year's best new bands, Yuck , is back with a new single. "Chew" is unattached to an album as far as we know, but it's always good to release new material on the eve of one of the country's biggest music festivals ( Yuck is playing Coachella Friday). The track confirms that the band is still very into 90s college rock, but the track's final minute hints that the band may be moving in an other, darker direction. As expected with any Yuck track, it's automatically catchy and has the psychedelic heaviness of earlier Pumpkins work combined with much more melodic guitar. Stream it below.

Been awhile since we've heard from Yuck - save for a few gigs here and there - but now the UK grungesters return with a new single. Titled "Chew", the track exudes the same early '90s rust that made up last year's CoS Top Star-earning self-titled debut , only now there's a stronger focus on the shoegaze.
