Crowd favourites  The Balconies  are back on the road this summer with a slew of summer festivals in both Canada and the United States, including Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wisconsin this week, and Edgefest at Downsview Park in Toronto on July 14th. The trio will also be supporting Los Angeles-based group The Aggrolites for three dates this August, including a stop in their hometown of Ottawa on August 2nd. Coming off a jam packed week at North by Northeast Music Festival, Toronto's Papermaps are keeping their momentum going by announcing a month-long residency at the Drake Hotel's Underground venue. The band will settle into the Drake Underground beginning July 2nd and you'll be able to check them out every Monday in July as part of The Drake Undergound's "Elvis Mondays" indie showcase, hosted by Groovy Religion's William New. Charlottetown's  Paper Lions  are pleased to announce that their new EP   At Long Creek  will be released on June 16, and exclusively premiered first on  Exclaim.ca .
