Deerhunter returned in a ̶b̶i̶g̶ creepy way this past Tuesday, performing the title track from their recently announced sixth album Monomania on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon . The song saw the band return with a brash, raucous sound, and the performance was in every way memorable. Most notable was lead singer Bradford Cox, who donned a black wig and mangled fingers. The talented Oliver Jones, better known as Skream , has reworked the great sounding track from Rudimental which we heard back in November last year, "Hell Could Freeze". Taking the original Angel Haze featuring track, Oli transforms the already laidback original into a track that will go well in the coming months once the evenings get a bit warmer and we enjoy our time outside with friends and beers. James Blake is preparing to release his stunning second album Overgrown next week on the 8th of April via Atlas and to get us all a little more hyped, he's released the video accompaniment for "Voyeur". • Biffy Clyro - Picture A Knife Fight

The New York Times digs into the history of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs in a newly published editorial , but what's more the editorial included a premiere of a brand new track from the New York outfit. Titled "Under the Earth", the cut steps away from the gospel rock of "Sacrilege" and moves into slippery funk basslines and spacey synthesizers. It's a grimy track fit for a night on the town. Vampire Weekend performed in New York City last night, recording the mini concert especially for Canada's QTV. During the performance, Ezra Keonig and co. played three songs from their upcoming album Modern Vampires of the City , including "Diane Young", "Unbelievers" and "Ya Hey". You can find the first at 6:20 in the first video, while the latter two can be heard at the 19:09 and 43:44 marks of the second video. Some savvy listeners may already have their hands on the leaked version of Tyler, The Creator 's upcoming album Wolf , but for the legal-oriented folks out there the LP is up on SoundCloud to stream in full. Tyler has brought on a good amount of guest talent for this one, including Odd Future members Frank Ocean, Domo Genesis, Left Brain, Hodgy Beats and Earl Sweatshirt along with Erykah Badu, Pharrell and more. • OFWGKTA Official - Tyler, The Creator: WOLF

Never short of fucked up, weird ideas, Tyler, The Creator enters the body of a Ken doll in his video for "IFHY". His creepy plastic face and blank stare is enough to churn the toughest of stomachs. The final minute shifts focus to Hodgy Beats and Tyler driving around the suburbs, running over dolls and rapping to another Wolf cut titled "Jamba". Check out the two-part clip above. Wolf is out on April 2nd.

Passion Pit continue their support of last year's Gossamer , dancing through a girl's relationships in the video for "Cry Like a Ghost". That's exactly how directors Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert described the clip: "The idea is this girl is dancing through her relationships... we're trying to show how messy, confusing, funny, and sad and weird that is." The two employ some pretty cool techniques that make for well-made visual tale. Check it out above along with a making-of video below.

Kendrick Lamar returned to the late night TV circuit once more last night. This time he was visiting the outdoor stage of Jimmy Kimmel Live! and with him he brought along two, to be expected, stellar performances. Taking highlights "Poetic Justice" and a slightly more child friendly version of "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe" from his still amazing album, good kid, m.A.A.d city , and he rocked the stage as well as ever. If you've been reading SKoA for a while you might be aware that I (Shey) have a bit of a love for everything Andy Hull, whether it be Manchester Orchestra , Bad Books or Right Away, Great Captain! Today I was happy to see an email in the inbox in regards to Bad Books and a session featuring Andy and Kevin Devine recorded at Baeble HQ . It features them performing some tracks acoustically along with some interesting interviews between tracks. They perform "Forest Whitaker", "You're a Mirror I Cannot Avoid", "It Never Stops". [...]
