There's a new group in town and it's consisted of Van She's current guitarist and bass player Matt Van Schie and London based producer Mighty Mouse. Du Tonc's debut single will be released on February 4 on Cheap Thrills. The two artists said that their heady disco tinged partnership came about during a chance encounter in the basement of the smoky Parisian Social Club where both were playing back in 2010. Du Tonc is expected to hit the road for a DJ tour in April 2013 after the release of their second single. [...]
Night Flight Europa is here. And it almost sounds surreal to us. We were impatiently waiting for Palmbomen 's debut album for a long time. And after having listened to it, there's no doubt - this will definitely remain one of the best releases of 2013. The Story Dutch for "palm trees", Palmbomen delivers a tropical escape from the mundane. The project's brainchild Kai Hugo creates music that is both experimental and contagiously poppy.
