In honor of the new site that's rolling out tomorrow, I decided to take a stroll thru memory lane and put together a playlist of some of my favorite tracks I've posted over the past three years for BGB. Hopefully you will find some classic jams you may have missed. To me each one of these songs carries some sort of personal meaning and brings back a specific fond memory of jamming out to these tunes while still residing at The Boom Boom Lodge .

Was checking out some GoPro videos, because most of them are out of fucking control, and came across this one that uses a pretty awesome track from Savoy out of Colorado. The song and commercial came out back in February but I guess we missed it. Something about the synths in this just really gets me. Pretty sweet drop as well. Been meaning to post this for a while. Porter Robinson has been killing it lately and his newest song is no exception. Saw him at Coachella and he didn't disappoint. Wish I could give you guys a free download but suck it up and buy this track and support an up and coming (maybe not anymore, actually definitely not) artist.

Awesome remix to a big time classic. Turns Biggie's classic Hypnotize into a smooth listen, enjoy. Check their myspace for more tracks and info. This song has been getting a lot of air time on Tiestos Club Life podcast and was also featured in Kaskade's set at Coachella. Great vocals. Only a preview and can't get you the free download since its officially released so youre gonna have to dig deep and find it or buy it, live your life...

Another hard-hitting track from Knife Party, souped up even more by Krewella. I've been to a lot of heavy shows in my life, most of them involving bands with guitars, but I've never seen a mosh pit like the one that erupted during Knife Party's Ultra set. Collin McLaughlin vocals add a nice touch to an already great song.

Upon hearing this new release from Deadmau5 I couldn't be more happy that the mau5 is going back to his roots with "The Veldt". The song sounds like and could be his new "Strobe" with that slow, awesome, but always sophisticated buildup we have come to expect from Deadmau5. The best part about this song is not the song itself, but how Deadmau5 got the lyrics for the tune. Still new on the scene and working on their debut album, Black Light Dinner Party continue to peak my curiosity. Enjoying this new song by them and still keep going back to "Older Together," so excited to hear more from this NY group.
