Seattle beat experimentalist, Tavvish , is one guy worth listening to. His most recent track, 'Once a Day', stretches out at five minutes long only to leave you feeling like it was much longer. It's down-tempo fantasy chiming loop horn, wish washes and ties all focus and thought directly towards its uplifting soul teasing melody. It's one hell of a sound on this one. The whole gang all recently made a trip to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to record an album with Congolese musicians in Kinshasa, all strictly within five days. [ via ] NY lo-fi hopper dude, Tiago Rodrigues aka RAP / RAP / RAP , recently caught my attention when Teams mentioned him on his twitter. The guy gives off this Hype Williams sounding vibe but clearly has his own interpretation of the eccentric sound. His most recent soundcloud number is one hell of a head-bopper.
