
In the Belly of the Brazen Bull is The Cribs' fifth studio album, with a release date of 15 May 2012. The Cribs announced the album title and track-listing on 14 February 2012, along with several UK and North American tour dates in support of it. The album was recorded at Tarbox Road in New York with Dave Fridmann, London's Abbey Road, and Chicago's Electrical Audio with Steve Albini. Marianas Trench have created one of those lovesick love songs that will surprise you in how energetic it actually sounds. Between their tight harmonies, steady beats, and that slight tinge of electro-pop, they're able to create some serious momentum. Los Angeles modern rockers Attaloss are hitting the road for a national tour to promote their release from April 10th, 2012 via Rock Ridge Music/Warner Music Group/ADA. Their new record showcases two sides of the band, the high energy blown out rock side and the stripped down acoustic side. Early last month, we streamed the Music For Keyboards mixtape from Montreal-based electronic musician d'Eon, a mixtape that was filled with dense ambient soundscapes. Now, its sequel, Music For Keyboards Vol. 2, is a pretty different look, considering it's 14 piano arrangements based on Blink-182′s "What's My Age Again?" 'Glowing Mouth' is the breathtaking debut UK album from Brooklyn five piece Milagres (the Spanish for "miracles" pronounced mil-ahh-gris). From the opening bars of 'Halfway' it's an album full of languorous splendour and easy grace, the ambitious musical scope matched by main man Kyle Wilson's swooping, soaring vocals.
