Well, "Miley Cyrus Tour Bus Crash Kills One" is quite a startling headline to find first thing in the morning! ABC News reports that a tour bus belonging to the "Party In The U.S.A." starlet overturned on Interstate 85 in Dinwiddie, Virginia—about 40 miles south of Richmond—around 8:15 a.m. Friday morning.
