ROXY MUSIC - SAME OLD SCENE (DREAMTIME MIX) Hi Everybody I just finished another one of my DreamTime Mixes. It's Roxy Music's "Same Old Scene". This song from Roxy Music's Flesh + Blood album was released as a single with the title 'The Same Old Scene'. It's a nice uptempo number written by Bryan Ferry which reached number 12 in the UK Charts. It's one of my favorite Roxy tunes and it has never gotten a decent remix treatment. BRYAN FERRY - WINDSWEPT (DREAMTIME MIX) Ciao! It's another one of my re-edits. This time it's the wonderful WINDSWEPT from Bryan Ferry's BOYS & GIRLS. I combined the album version of WINDSWEPT with the instrumental version found on the IS YOUR LOVE STRONG ENOUGH vinyl 12" single. I also included A WASTE LAND into the mix as it makes a nice intro and Bryan Ferry ment it to be there as you'll gather from listening to BOYS & GIRLS (which you can buy HERE ) [...]

AVENUE A - END OF YOU I've been a fan of the "Paradisiac" collections since I stumbled over them at the Virgin Record Store in Paris. They are truly the best collections of relaxed lounging I've come across. All songs blend perfectly into each other in one smooth mix. BILL CONTI - REFLECTIONS The 1st Rocky album is often overlooked thanks to the poor musical reputation of the Rocky films. In the particular case of 'Reflections', that reputation is totally undeserved. Bill Conti is responsible for some beautiful mellow funk here. Featuring electric piano and a deceptively simple bass line, punctuated by staccato brass and smooth strings, 'Reflections' is a step above everything else "Rocky". It's as smooth as smooth can get! TALK TALK - IT'S MY LIFE (RAZORMAID MIX) Hi! I've got another wonderful song in a rare remix version for you today. There's not much I can write about TALK TALK that hasn't been written already. If you like this song I urge you to check out all their other releases at your favorite (online) store. DAVID BOWIE - CAT PEOPLE (AUSTRALIAN 12" REMIX) Hi! This is an extended version of David Bowie's "Cat People" which is taken from a rare Australian 12" (MCA DS 12087) that (probably) was distributed only to radio stations. The label states it plays 6:41 minutes, like the regular album version, but this particular remix in fact lasts 9:20 minutes. This remix is unavailable elsewhere!
