Norman Music Festival 4 is Almost Here! Norman Music Festival 4 is right around the corner and the internets are completely abuzz about it, and rightfully so. The festival has a little bit different format this year, which I think is a good idea. The all-day-street-closing event has been moved to Saturday (awesome!) with tons of bands playing all over Norman (like SXSW) on Thursday and Friday leading up to the big event.
