Goner Record's Box Elders will be playing the Conservatory in Oklahoma City this Friday (September 4th). The band recently released their debut album entitled Alice and Friends , oddly enough the album was named after the group's favorite Korean Vegan BBQ. The complete FunFunFunFest lineup has finally been revealed and it was well worth the wait. Some of the highlights for me are: Of Montreal, Yeasayer, Why?, Atlas Sound, Times New Viking, No Age, Destroyer, The Cool Kids, Neon Indian, and King Kahn and the BBQ Show just to name a few. I was recently introduced to San Juan, Puerto Rico's Davila 666 by a couple of friends. They initially described them as, "Puerto Rican Black Lips - and they sing in Spanish."
