The weather is getting colder in Toronto lately. Abnormally cold for August actually. All week has been a low of 10 degrees and it's making the city bees stupid as hell. This weekend's party at the white orchid rooooooocked. Hot n' sweaty in the place. Great sets by all the dj's on the night. Word is the White O's reincarnation will be officially announced in late August. Till then, I will say that the new diggs looks SICK inside. Tis true, tis true. This weekend, everyone's favorite spot will closing it's doors after a fantastic run. The White Orchid played host to some of Toronto's best and most underground music events. This small karaoke bar was hardly anything spectacular in the way of decor, but in a quirky way it was the imperfections that produced it's special charm.
