Wild Nothing 's forthcoming seven-inch vinyl single, "Nowhere", is not only more restrained and laid-back but also boasts a nice vocal contribution from Twin Sister's phenomenal front woman Andrea Estella (you can find it on SOSMIX.75 ). On the B-side, "Wait", Wild Nothing actually sound better and more vibrant when the guitars and rhythm lift-off, and I honestly prefer Jack Tatum's vocals without any distractions. Nowhere is due February 21 through Captured Tracks (via My Blog Cliche ).

Kudos to Noisy Chaos Explosions for the tip on Omaha-based dream-rockers Conduits . Lots of early Verve and Spiritualized influence swirling around in the clouds of effects and patient, airy vocals. You can imagine how much more powerful these guys would sound with the right engineer. Regardless, this is some very impressive music. The band's debut album, is coming March 20 on Team Love.
