Cold War Kids will film a short set for the Jimmy Kimmel Live show on Friday, September 19th. The performance will be filled at Kimmel's outdoor live stage in Hollywood. Tickets can be had here . The band's new album Loyalty To Loyalty is due September 23rd. Can't wait? Preview the album here .

Mike Skinner plays a family man in his new video for the title track to his upcoming album Everything Is Borrowed . The album is due September 15th in the UK. And in case you missed it, take a long walk with Skinner in the video for The Escapist here .

Can't make it out to the Hollywood Bowl to see the MGMT guys play with Beck and Spoon ? Or one show just not enough? Well MGMT just announced a special show at the Henry Fonda Theatre here in Los Angeles on September 17th. The pre-sale kicks off this Thursday at 10:00am and runs through 10:00pm - get the password over on the band's MySpace profile . The general on-sale kicks off this coming Saturday.
