As I mentioned, I went to a Bear vs. Shark concert on Tuesday in Penn Run, PA (photos pending). Yours truly had a very unwelcome visit to the periodontist this morning to have a deep cleaning, or if you prefer, root scaling done, which I'm sure Ryan knows a whole lot about, or at least he should if he's going to dental school. Well, basically. I'm not sure why, but I've always particularly liked Mondays. Maybe it's because everyone else hates Mondays, or because I usually don't do much on Sunday and therefore I have a lot of energy on Monday, or who knows. I've gotten into the habit of consistently going to the gym on Mondays. I find that it really helps me set a goal for the week and get the week going in the right direction by hitting the weights.
