No Jail For Noel Gallagher's Attacker

The man who attacked Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher as he performed on a Toronto stage received a conditional sentence of 12 months Wednesday, meaning no jail time. He'll serve his sentence in the community under house arrest. Daniel Sullivan, 48, of Pickering, Ontario had pleaded guilty to assault causing bodily harm.
