Liam Gallagher has told that his new project will play live this year. Speaking about his band with former Oasis bandmates Gem Archer and Andy Bell, Liam said: "We'll be on stage this year, mate. Them Crooked Vultures & The Dead Weather to release their 2nd albums in 2010

Them Crooked Vultures bassist John Paul Jones has explained that the band plan to record their second album later this year. The Strokes have begun recording their fourth album with producer Joe Chiccarelli in New York.According to their official website Thestrokes.com the band began working with the U2, Beck and Bjork collaborator at the start of this week (February 1). Noel returns!!!

Noel Gallagher is set to play his first post-Oasis gigs in March, for the Teenage Cancer Trust.The guitarist will join Arctic Monkeys, Them Crooked Vultures, a reformed Suede, The Who, Depeche Mode and JLS on the line-ups for the charity gigs. BRMC – stolen equipment

The band's personal storage locker was broken into and Michael Been's (Robert's dad and our sound man) had his vintage equipment stolen. Items were 1954 Fender Esquire (Yellow with Black Pick Guard), 1968 Ampeg Scrolltop Fretless Bass, 1964 Black Fender Precision Bass and a 1968 Gretsch Country Gentleman Single Cutaway.
