Voodoo Chilli (another Herve alias) had me at hello with this amazing EP. It's definitely Herves signature style, but with a jackin' disco twist. Lovin' it! Enjoy! Voodoo Chilli - Get On Down Voodoo Chilli - All I Need ft. Trevor Loveys [...]

L.A. based DJ/producer MR GASPAR already has an arsenal of remixes and original tracks under his belt and he's only 18. But age has little to do with dishing out the heat, as you'll see. Check out some of his latest concoctions below. Enjoy! [...]

Kris Menace and Dead Soul Brothers (Herve's side project) are two of the four lads that remixed Winona's latest single "Without You." I still have yet to hear their full album, Rosebud , but anything Craig Armstrong is involved with is usually amazing...If not always. Can't wait 'til it hits the states Enjoy! [...]

John Legend's latest single "Green Light" has gone Electro. The Andre 3000 produced track received a MSTRKRFT makeover that would make some Legend fans cringe. But in the world of remixing anything and everything is fair game...Except Stevie, as mentioned earlier. Enjoy! John Legend + Andre 300 - Green Light (MSTRKRFT Remix)

Here are a few of the biggest names in the game, either remixed or doing the remixing. I'm not positive that Superstition is really remixed by Justice, but the way I see it is Stevie shouldn't be remixed in the first place. There are just some artists that shouldn't be effed with. That track was so incredibly ahead of it's time. Funked out Analog Electro at its earliest form. Anyway the "Justice" remix is there if you want it. Enjoy! [...]

I've always been a fan of The Faint and most of their remixed tracks tracks are great as well (I love "The Conductor" Remix by Thin White Duke.) Below is their new single "The Geeks Were Right" with a couple remixes from none other than Does It Offend You Yeah? and Boys Noize vs. D.I.M. Enjoy! The Faint - The Geeks Were Right [...]
Just when I had lost all hope for Bloc Party, they drop a single like this. I'm not saying it's the best thing I've heard, but it is definitely better than anything off of A Weekend In the City . I'm just hoping the new album has the same feel. Enjoy! Bloc Party - Mercury

I'm down for Dizzee (CD's not live) and Calvin Harris is one of my favorite producers at the moment, but this track really doesn't do it for me. It could be sooo much better. I do however like to entertain the masses and this track did hit #1 in the UK, so with that said I'll bite my tounge on this one and click "Publish." Enjoy! Dizzee Rascal feat. Calvin Harris - Dance Wiv [...]

Yuksek is yet another Parisian producer constantly killing it. Best part about him is he's down to remix Hip-Hop ( Wu Tangs Ghostface Killah and Ugod) and does a very fine job might I add. See for yourself below. Enjoy! Yuksek - Deladeu2 Ugod - Ugodzilla (Yuksek Remix) [...]
We Are Rockstars Let's Make Out
The super sexual and ultra sweaty Sebastien Tellier played one of two super exclusive US shows at The Knitting Factory in Hollywood last night. Sebastien looked like a hobo after scrounging though a theater companies dumpster, but was awesome none the less. He moaned and groaned through tracks off of his latest album Sexuality, performing some daunting moves on his innocent microphone and pounded out his famed multi-album track "La Ritournelle." Once again it was extremely dark, but you still need to check him out in action (when you can see him.) Enjoy! [...]

Woooooooooooow! The ante has been up'ed! I've seen everyone, with the exception of Crystal Castles and let me tell you, this should be quite a night.
Well HARD Fest is over and I still have yet to see The Bloody Beetroots. N.E.R.D. went on almost an hour late causing a chain reaction of lateness. So MSTRKRFT basically closed the show, giving the Beetroots a 20 minute set. All in all it was still a lot of fun. Some of the video I shot is below. Enjoy! MSTRKRFT N.E.R.D.

Hard Fest is tomorrow night kids. Here's a few of my favorite MSTRKRFT tracks to set the mood. Enjoy! Chromeo - Tenderoni (MSTRKRFT Remix) Wolfmother - Woman (MSTRKRFT Remix) Metric – [...]
RATATAT performing at the very dark Echoplex July 12, 2008. Enjoy! Mirando Wildcat Falcon Jab
To gear up for next Saturday's HARD fest , I figured I post some tracks from some the artists on the bill. Today it's the Bloody Beetroots. Enjoy! Wu Tang Clan - Stomp (The Bloody Beetroots Remix) The Bloody Beetroots - Detroit [...]

Chromeo's Fancy Footwork just got a tad fancier. The recently released deluxe edition of the album contains an additional CD with a few of their greatest hits and some of the finer remixes to date. Below are a few of the remixes including the Laidback Luke Remix which is nothing short of stellar. Enjoy! Chromeo - Fancy Footwork (Laidback Luke Remix) [...]
On Thursday, July 3 We Are Scientists gave everyone at the Glass House a double dose of entertainment. Not only did they play pretty much every track in their repertoire , but were also hilarious between songs. Definitely my idea of a good show. That's What Counts Nobody Move Get Hurt [...]

I've always thought The Avalanches Since I left You was the perfect album to complement a nice summer afternoon. So in that respect I thought I'd post a mix with that same refreshing summer vibe by none other than The Avalanches. Enjoy! The Avalanches Live on KCRW
This years EDC was quite the event. Thousands upon thousands of people with clenched jaws and eyes that looked like black olives congregating in little circles and along the fences. Most not really paying any attention to the music, but enjoying every second of the evening and early morning (except the girl puking in the trash next to me right before Shinichi.) I spent most of my time walking from DJ to DJ trying to catch a little or lot of everyone important to me. Armand Van Helden was a [...]
