the city of Los Angeles is asking for donations from its citizens to pay for all the cops around the MJ memorial service. Cost was estimated at $2-4 million dollars. There were 11,000 ticketed people in attendance, another 10,000 outside, and THREE THOUSAND COPS. A cop for every 7 people. Wow that was necessary. Let this saga fucking die....
