This latest video from The Roots has no connection to either their gig on Late Night or Undun , rather it is their rendition of "Ain't Gonna Let Nobody Turn Me Around". The track is off of the upcoming compilation Soundtrack to a Revolution . The album featuring various contemporary artists covering songs from the mid 20th century. Featuring a splicing of old black and white footage and The Roots recording the track, this is a great diversion from the usual path. Watch it here

GLC dropped his latest music video off of Eternal Sunshine of the Pimpin Mind . "Reach for the Top" was directed by Terrence Jones and is a visual memoir for an artist whose career has been long and full of experiences. The music itself reflects the diversity of these experiences and the video strengthens the story, providing some visual insight into the mind of what very well may be a younger Ism.
