The light persistent rain couldn't keep San Francisco's damp masses from huddling together for a night of varied folksters at Bottom of the Hill on February 6th. The evening starter, Oakland's very own singer/songwriter Morgan Manifacier , was accompanied by a celloist. Both were seated, but that did not stop an enthusiastic crowd from gobbling them up. The organizers of the 13th Annual San Francisco Bluegrass and Old-Time Festival have announced details and the lineup for this year's installment. Running from February 10-19th, the ten-day festival, comprised of 30 shows happening around venues in the Bay Area, aims to highlight the best in the Americana and Roots music scenes.
