New Music | Fleet Foxes The most beautifully crafted song I've heard since I first heard Mykonos early last year. Helplessness Blues is one of those albums that was always going to be awesome, and it really does deliver. Lots to compare with Midlake and Sun Kil Moon, yet original and a progression from their earlier stuff. This is almost a review!
New Music | Rusko | Netsky I've been sitting on a crap recording of Lick The Lizard for aaaaages so I'm chuffed it's a B side on Everyday. This Netsky remix is pretty epic too and the boy might just have some potential. Hospital don't seem to get it wrong too often. And as it's my birthday weekend I might just have to pop along to LED this year . Birthday tickets? Maybe?

New Music | Nero Danger! Add a slightly less manic element to Me & You and I like it. I used to shy away from dubstep as I found it a bit too serious. So it's nice to hear a bit of an electro edge to an otherwise full on dubstep tune. Hard to believe their first official single was only out last year, so looking forward to things to come from these guys especially after some awesome remixes like Hot n Fun (N*E*R*D) & La Roux's I'm Not Your Toy.

New Music | Good Dangers If you've read any of NMB before you'll know that sometimes I forget what guitars actually sound like. Good to know that some people haven't though, and great to hear something really simple that somehow works beautifully from an as yet unsigned band, Good Dangers. Would probably sound awesome driving up the west coast towards LA, but surprisingly these guys are from our very own London town. Sure they'll be on the circuit soon so keep your eyes peeled for gig dates.
New Music | Chase & Status It's not great on paper (with a million collaborations), and it's not great in real life to be honest, but No More Idols does have a couple of chicken nuggets and Flashing Lights is brought to life by our old chum Sub Focus (whose remix of Empire Of The Sun's We Are The People is still one of my all time favourite remixes).
