It was announced today that Variance Films has acquired the rights to the fantastic documentary Strange Powers:Stephin Merritt and the Magnetic Fields. That word, which literally means Island Mountain Glacier, is the name of the volcano that recently erupted, wreaking havoc on travelers and industries worldwide.
