Meet Me In The Basement I was one of the lucky ones to see BSS play at a small gig at the Tattoo Rock Parlour on September 24th, 2008. It was for XM Verge Music Awards and though most of the crowd were industry people, we got to see the band like we never had before. It was awesome to listen and study the band that I love. To see Andrew Whiteman's meditative movements as he jammed, Brendan's flappy, soft, baby hair, Justin, who looked like a cartoon character, Kevin's small teeth and Charles, who looked like the father-figure, guiding the rest of the band.
