Video: Jay-Z ft. Santogold: "Brooklyn (Go Hard)"

Evan Roth presents... the first ever rap video with open source code ! He uses typographic illustration, repeatedly throwing down letters that spell "Brooklyn" to eventually form sweet illustrations of Jay-Z and Biggie. Why Biggie? The song comes off the Notorious OST, a biographical film starring Jamal Woolard . It's out January 16 via Fox Searchlight. Fleet Foxes are the most recent guests on Nigel Godrich 's From the Basement series, performing "Blue Ridge Mountains" off their debut album that has received praise across the board from the indie scene. Imagery is what the band seems to be aiming highest for, composing music that could easily be used as inspiration for a landscape painter. Beautiful and resounding vocal harmonies shine through the bright lead guitar, and the drums contribute subtly to the soothing musical experience.
