It has been a couple months since we've published any music by Machinedrum . The song above definitely called for it though. Historically, electronic music that has received any kind of mainstream attention has been laughably cheesy, with the occasional decent song getting high-volume exposure. Lately music by producers that were pretty much off the pop radar for years is getting picked-up by well-known and respected rappers. Commercial hip hop has needed instrumentals with respectable electronic production techniques and influence for years now. Glad to see that day has finally arrived.
