Rotary Downs will be releasing its follow up to the wildly acclaimed 2006 album Chained to the Chariot this year. The title of the new album will be revealed early February. But, the date of the CD release party info has been announced. The show will be at One Eyed Jacks on March 5th and the Givers are opening the show! The first 100 paid get a free CD. Jazz Fest has announced 2010s lineup and here are the acts that excite me to come down to New Orleans for it: My Morning Jacket, Dr. John, The Black Crowes, Band of Horses, Drake, Van Morrison, Elvis Costello & the Sugarcanes.
