Let the stars shine! Discotexas unleash more magic with next signing Rebeka and their ridiculously catchy new single "Stars", which was produced by Mirror People. The experimental synth-pop duo of Iwona Skwarek and Bartosz Szczesny from Poland will release their debut single on April 20th, backed with remixes by Mirror People, Punks Jump Up and a great acoustic version by Discotexas. Swedish trio Monitor 66 is about all things summer, funky bass lines, and sunset jams. These guys recently dropped a great track, called "Triscuits", a perfect tune for this glorious weather we're having. This summery gem from Stockholm's House of Wallenberg, aka Petter Wallenberg, debut album "Legends", features the vocals of the late great Ari Up, frontwoman for pioneering British punk band the Slits. House of Wallenberg had already released the dancehall-infused track in 2011 only in Sweden, and now the excellent Munich-based label Permanent Vacation will re-release "Sunshine Taboo" on a special 7" with an exclusive Dub Version of the song in the memory of Ari Up.
