I've really looked forward to the new M. Ward album. Now I've spent the last 3 weeks listening to it and I'm not disappointed. M. Ward continues to write really convincing dusty folk / blues. I had the plessure to see an intimate instore live performance by Langhorn Slim in the Grimey's record shop in Nashville a couple of weeks ago, and it blew me away. First of all, Grimey's must be the coolest record store I've ever seen because of the spectacular inexpensive LP section and the fabulous continuous live sessions.
