Willy Moon has been busy in the studio writing and recording new WORD material and Wu Tang CDs have obviously played a part of the studio atmosphere given this new free download available this week. Wu Tang Clan's 'Ain't Nuthing Ta Fuck Wit' has been introduced into a gritty alternative rock rendition... Check it.

Nottingham-based Winding Road Records, home to Dutch producer Lovebirds, have commissioned a spate of remixes for what was easily the biggest dance/house track of 2011 and a couple of them are outstanding. Given Winding's particular tastes and large filofax of producing talent, the two featured below are from Swiss Matt Prehn and Brighton man Scott Diaz, are do the huge track a lot of justice. As the official release of the Black Sands Remixed album approaches, we've been treated to the video for Eyes Down featuring the UK lyricist DELS - which was easily on of the most exciting tracks on the LP. Its a slightly offbeat time to pick Martyn as our Producer of the Week. He hasn't got any new releases on the cards. But when perusing through the Brainfeeder artist roster the other day, I was reminded of his 2011 album 'Ghost People'. It's a bold album, and several tracks from it became synonymous with last years sound, particularly this brutally infectious track 'Masks'. BOY are our idea of perfect acoustic bliss and we've been in a stand of mellow trance since meeting them earlier in the week. The pair, better known to friends and family as Zalaska and Sonja, are becoming household names in their native Germany and Switzerland since their album 'Mutual Friends' was released domestically last September. We've made our love of the LA label Brainfeeder's roster pretty evident over the last few months - covering Teebs and Lapalux - and to make a change from all those lovely house mixes we post for you, we're ringing in the changes with a more downbeat experimental promo mix for Teebs' North American tour with Sonnymoon and Time Wharp. Bucharest duo Morden Maxwell sent us their new track - they're a pretty unknown pair at the moment but nonetheless this 7 minute house track is an absolute beauty. Aspects of early Nicolas Jaar at points.

I stumbled across Mux Mool last year on one of my rambles through Soundcloud. He is one of a raft of awesome experimental electronic artists signed to Matthew Dear's label Ghostly. Based in the USA, Mux Mool's music is hard to define, but if I were to attempt to I'd say his music is synth laden electronica - with a heavy dash of hip hop thrown in. Bands to emerge from Oxford have become uniquely identifiable since coming together in a creative collective now known as Blessing Force - and through this artistic and musical army comes not just great music, but fantastic videos. Jonquil enlisted the skills of producer/director/editor Franklyn Banks to create a weird and wonderful video to sit alongside their song 'It's My Part' and the result is bang on beautiful. www.youtube.com/watch?v=RIiV6u w2QWo

Lapalux is rapidly becoming one of Mahogany's favourite producers, and this week sees the release of his 'When Your Gone' EP. It features 7 big new tracks, including 'Gutter Glitter' which we posted a few weeks ago. However the stand out track for us is this one featuring one of our tips for 2012 - Py. The new Black Keys album has been a joy to the ears as well as the eyes with the first official video going mega-viral and now we've got a more conventional yet great visual aide for Gold on the Ceiling. We've become good friends with David's Lyre since he featured on a session in the early stages of our channel and again at the Great Escape festival in Brighton as well as loads of editorial posts on the blog containing his unique blend of modern folky music that we've grown so fond of. Previous Producer of the Week is back into the limelight with a new original track as he prepares to gear up for big things this year. The Belfast-based artist continues to hones his craft of soaring atmospheric instrumental productions and '10012 is another example of his great work. On top of that he's also created a remix exclusively for Mahogany which we're massively chuffed about - it's available to listen and download below!

Francis Harris - Lost Found (Black Light Smoke Remix)

Lancelot had a great year in 2011 with some sharp commissioned remixes of the fellow Aussie's New Navy and Penguin Prison and in the past two weeks he's released some brand new sounds. Starting off with his remix of Australian folk artist Matt Corby whose already beautiful vocals (similar to that of Patrick Watson) are accentuated through Lancelot's clever productions.
