After many years (4ish) it's time to retire  CmonGood  and put my force into other aspects of work that I am more interested in right now. I'm not sure if I shared with you all that I left my cushy job in June to pursue something closer to my heart and more fulfilling to my mind but now you know. Frank Ocean follows up his SNL performance of  "Pyramids"  with John Mayer by debuting the new video for the track.  Off of his first studio album, 'channel ORANGE' , the symbol ridden video was directed by  Nabil , who also helmed   "Novacane"  and  "Swim Good" for Frank Ocean . After 2 teasers and a few interviews about the single, Ciara finally released  the video for her latest single "I'm Sorry."   She told Essence , the song is not about Amare Stoudamire, who she dated briefly before he reunited and proposed to the mother of his kids.  She did not admit or deny if it was about 50 Cent , but the speculation says that he's the muse for these lyrics. The performance of "Thinking About You,"  by Frank Ocean literally stole the show at the VMA's.
