I'm still not completely on the Childish Gambino... I'm still not completely on the Childish Gambino bandwagon. There's just something about his music that just doesn't quite click with me — and I'm still struggling to pinpoint just what that is. But one thing is for sure: this guy knows smart lyrics. Nothing deep obviously (there's only so much that can be said about money, sex, etc.) but there's still some lyrical articulation that continues to blow me away, only to be magnified by Mr. Donald Glover's furiously passionate delivery. For that alone is deserving of anyone's attention. [...]

It's so innocent, so pure, and so energetically youthful — perhaps clearly made apparent with its adorable child monologue. It's a fairly short instrumental track that simply builds, to a point where you just forget about the simplicity of the song and sweep it underneath its sheer sweetness.
