"Dancing Heart" is about a heart that dances because it is on fire. The fire that is.... love. At least thats what I think. I mean i didn't watch the video because she's not dancing. So, do not want. Words can not describe the atrociousness that is this song/video and mini album. When 2ne1 mini came out I rip it into pieces (i'm comparing the two because they are basically the same thing.
