The ever so colorful and bright Rye Rye has made a video to her Robyn -sampling song "Never Will Be Mine" . Even though Robyn never really contributed anything to the track, she willingly volunteered to dance ever so awkwardly and sing as though if she was in pain in the video, making it that much more interesting. Also, note the illuminati-eye dresses Rye Rye is sporting as well.
If you are familiar with The Sounds , you might have realized that their latest album Something to Die For sounds more electro and mainstream than their original work. This is evident in the official remix of the title track, remixed by DJ and producer Skitsnygg . He transformed the song into a dirty house track. Check it out:
It was only last year that the English rockers Male Bonding released their ravishing debut albu m 'Nothing Hurts' , and the trio are back to release the follow up, 'Endless Now' . The just over 6 minute lead track from the sophomore album is titled " Bones ", a poppy-punk-noise rock song full of excitement that will put you in a trance without even noticing. Usually artists are not keen on demos being leaked, as it, in a way, deteriorates the element of surprise and opinion to the track. However, for The Blow , this is not the case. They ( Khaela Maricic and Melissa Dyne ) released a video of Khaela putting her heels on and awkwardly posing while listening to herself. The track is not as catchy as any of the tracks from her previous release, 'Paper Television' which included YACHT's Jona Bechtoldt, but there's still room for growth.
Martin Solveig is best at delivering constant radio hits, the most recent one being "Hello" , his collaboration with Dragonette's Martina Sorbara that blew up on the radio last year and is still surviving the Canadian Billboard charts. He's out with a new song titled " The Night Out" , a dance track that's bound to follow up the success of "Hello". His new album 'Smash' is actually out in just under 2 weeks. If you're in the mood for some bright indie pop, then Shadows on Stars is for you. I have never heard of them until Confusion from P&P posted about the mysterious duo, but I'm loving their debut song, " Now You're Mine ". The track is a vibrant, fuzzy pop song with distorted vocals, with frequent comparisons to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. If anything, they sound more "Pains of Being Pure at Heart" to me. P.s. Beirut is back with a new track titled "East Harlem ", a beautifully melodic signature Zach Condon track. It's technically not a new track, but an official recording of it. The band has been playing this live for a while, and Condon even said that he thinks he wrote it when he was 17. Back in February-ish Jamie xx debuted 2 solo tracks on the radio, titled "Far Nearer" and " Beat For" . Apparently the two tracks were just short glimpses of what to expect, because the full versions are 6-7 minutes long. Changes in the proper release are not really evident, other than just an extended version of what we've heard before. The amount of Adele remixes that are being produced lately due to her success are a bit overwhelming and even annoying. KID CUDI - MARIJUANA from Grassy Slope on Vimeo . In the music video for Kid Cudi 's next single from Man on the Moon II, "Marijuana", Cudi pays tribute to the lonely stoner he used to be before he officially stated that he quit the herb. The video, filmed & directed by friend Shia Labeouf was shot in Amsterdam. This isn't the only collaboration between the two, as they are going to release a short film also directed by Labeouf later this year.

Never have I ever posted anything from The Weeknd on here before, but I secretly have been adoring his debut, 'House of Balloons' . They have in a way revolutionized R&B music and made it listenable to alternative music fans. The British post-punk band The Horrors are back with their first single, " Still Life ", a psychedelic, shoe-gazy track. With the success from their last album, Primary Colors , we have a high set expectation for their 3rd album, Skying, to be over the top better. So far, it sounds really good.
