Vevo strikes again with their stupid "must watch on Youtube" crap. But at least you don't HAVE to watch it on Vevo. I at least like Youtube. But I digress, this video is great so you should definitely get all up on this, with at least 100% of your eyeballs/ears.
Why not watch this video on even one more site? It's not like you are not going to watch it like 8 times over the next few days anyway right? Sure I am right!
Who doesn't love a little Jimmy Eat World on a Friday afternoon? If you just said "me" I am going to punch you in the stomach. Plus, I will totally tell them you said so too, next time I run into them getting sandwiches a our local sandwichery.
Cayucas are my favorite band right now I think, they are good anytime of the year but perfect for the Summer. The Summer in places that are not a terrible wasteland like Phoenix. But listening to them makes me feel like I am having a nice traditional Summer someplace nice. A place where you can go outside for more than 20 seconds without fearing for you life. If the skin cancer doesn't get you then snakes or heat stroke will. See you in mid-October I guess.
I would suggest watching this all the way to the end. Why? Because that is what you are supposed to do! Aside from being rude to not watch till the end, it's also sort of the point of things you know. Stop being a weirdo and asking weirdo questions ok?!?! Oh, he turns into a golden tiger and eats his own butt and everyones butts.
This is good stuff right here. Has all the quality of something that is very good and non of that stuff that isn't very good. AND if you are monolingual you might pick up a little French if you pay attention. What more could you ask out of this free video on a free blog?
You obviously have nothing better to watch today because this is the best! I don't know if I am ready for this "Post Memorial Day" world that we now live in. I am glad Eric Wareheim is here to usher us through these trying times.
Something I have actually said... "If you don't like Mergence you can get the heck out of my house... sir!". Granted I just said it about 5 minutes ago, and it was completely out of context. But the fact remains, I would definitely kick someone out of my house for not liking Mergence. So keep that in mind when you are picking places to spend your Memorial Day weekend. My house is a decidedly "Pro-Mergence" house.
Instead of emerging from the steam room to join into the synchronized swimming fun they should have all popped right out of that giant slide and right into their routine. Even better, somehow involve fire and maybe a dragon or a bunch of snakes. The time for understated subtlety is certainly over. I mean come on, none of them even drowned for heck sakes!
I guess this is the continuation of the QOTSA video I posted the other day. Not nearly as creepy but still VERY creepy. If birds weren't already bad enough you know?!?!?
I realize that technically it's my responsibility to write the words on this site but I don't feel well so I am just going to copy and paste the words from DAVIDS own fingers... " When I moved back home with my parents I started making electronic music. They didn’t seem to mind. Now I’ve finished my first EP and video. Watch the video for ‘Dead Walkie’. Directed by Christopher Mills (Interpol, Broken Social Scene, Modest Mouse, Rush), it was shot on location in Lyon, France and features attractive people ." [...]
This is the creepiest thing I have seen in some time. And I have been hanging out in haunted mansions and abandoned insane asylums on an almost daily basis. In fact, I live in a house where people as recently as this past week have watched The Real Housewives of Atlanta (or Wichita or something)
After a long day of searching for something to post I came across this song Sandy from Jackson Scott... It's pretty good and you should hear it with your heart as well as your eyes... I mean ears.
It's cliché to say that I am really excited about the new record, but I am nothing if not a cliché... touché, to myself. Oh and this is the video they are "paying homage" to, if you care...
I typically like Between Two Ferns way more than Lonely Island song/videos. Probably because both of them are good the first time you watch them, and even still funny the second time you watch them AND even funny several months/years later after not watching them when Youtube suggests that you might like to watch them. But the difference between them is that douchey bros don't play the audio from Between Two Ferns non-stop for all the rest of time in their cars next to you at stop lights and in other public places all the time forever. Trust me, I [...]
Up until 10 minutes ago I had never heard of Deep Sea Arcade, now I have and my life is a certain percentage better now because of it. If you would like to increase your "quality of life" percentage take an audible gander at this song.
I appreciate it when bands with a ton of cash use their cash to make cool stuff (like this video) rather than squander it on stuff for themselves like cars, drugs, drug cars, women or drug car women.
' Being that it's wednesday and everything I figured we could all use some trippy house music with a rad video to help us get through the day without just disintegrating into nothingness. Man I sure hope this works or the few happy non-disintegrated people left are going to blame everything on the rapture and just assume they were bad people. When in fact they were probably the best people all along. No pressure guys, it's just the fate of the human race at stake here!
This video is a marvel of modern technology. It's the best use of it (technology) I have seen in some time. I can't wait to see all of the ripoffs of "Konono Ripoff N°1" that will surely be coming out in the very near to near future. We certainly are living in exciting times/days!
All Friday music needs to be happy and make you want to stop working and hang out by a large or even small body of water with several friends drinking several beverages. Hey Anna's new song "Dance Until Three" fits this bill like a round peg in a square hole, it goes in AND there is room in the corners for more! Fills those corners with memories you guys ;-)
