Last night's impromptu The Fiery Furnaces + Action Strasse show, at Locals Only , was exciting night of experimentation and altered expectations. The Fiery Furnances set featured sister Eleanor exclusively on electric guitar, not acoustic as they originally planned. The band had some gear issues the previous night in Chicago, so maybe that was part of it.
