Tokyo Police Club - Elephant Shell It's not often a band comes out of nowhere and takes a considerable foothold in the indie-rock community with a 16 minute EP, but Tokyo Police Club have managed to do just that. A Lesson In Crime was a real gem back in 2006, and is definitely my favorite EP ever.
