I got a CD in the mail the other day, it was the self-titled debut album from German band super700 . I didn't know what to expect, for although I do know their label MotorMusic , I hadn't actually heard of them. But I'm glad to say that I do now. Their sound is, in a way, what I expect from an alternative German band, sorta rough and different, and with a few electronic elements here and there. The real kicker, though, is the voice of singer Ibadet Ramadani. She makes all the difference. [...]
