London's Animals Talking sound like they've been hitting the studio a bit, and they're getting some catchy results. The band has three new tracks up on their MySpace, and the rock quartet doesn't sound like they've lost anything in their transition to a clearer mode of recording. Their songs still recall the rigidly danceable features of groups like Wire while pulling off the melody and nonchalance of The Strokes.
