Willamette Week's Musicfest NW is set to take Portland by storm. The burgeoning scene just unleashed a long list of confirmed acts, headed by Nada Surf, Vampire Weekend, TV on the Radio, M. Ward, and Steel Pole Bathtub. Seeing as the fest is $50 for four days of entertainment, Northwesterners not burnt out from Seattle's Bumbershoot may have just found themselves a bargain and a new early September ritual.
