"making soup or making songs" From Montreal, Plajia just released our debut album called Beautiful Explosion on Orange Music Records. "Plajia is escapism without leaving the comfort of your own couch." For a debut this isn't bad music, but it's a little too whiney for me. The lyrics are fantastic and the keyboard work makes me smile; it adds a dreamy effect to the whine. Perhaps whine isn't the best word, I just feel the vocals hang on a bit too long. [...]
