So, Shoegaze (again). For a genre that was derided back in the day, it's become awfully prevalent - as long as you know where to look. Pia Fraus hail from the exotic-sounding Tallinn, Estonia, which is actually just a stone's throw from Swedes ( The Radio Dept. come to mind) and such.
