Stones Throw Records is giving the remix treatment to one of their catalog's most celebrated hip hop LPs, Madvillainy . The collaboration between MF Doom and Madlib was originally released in 2004, and it's managed to stay on the minds of underground hip hop fans despite the genre's usual turnover rate. Keeping the remixing in the hands of Madlib will probably only bring Madvillainy a new context.
