Next week, Omaha's The Faint release Fascination , their first album in four years. The album is The Faint's fifth album and the first in the band's ten-year history to be written, recorded, produced, art directed and released entirely on their own. Fascination comes in as an enjoyable effort in the electro/dance rock vein, full of fluttering synths and working melodies such on the futuristic chop of standout "The Geeks Were Right."
