Great Canadian Mixtape:: Quebec Well, the timing on this one is perfect. As a result of rain, logistics and shitty prep by us, we didn't head up to Sappyfest yesterday and ended up missing most of the bands we added to the latest installment of the Canadian Mixtape project. Oh well. Such is life I guess. So, where do we stand with Quebec. Montreal is often called the epicentre of music for Canada - and maybe outside of Brooklyn, the biggest spot for huge indie bands - but we tried to stay away from some of the bigger names. So [...]
