At a time when chill out music was becoming muzak, Blue States came along with an unpretentious downtempo beauty of an album. Blue States is Andy Dragazis. Blue States established themselves at the forefront of the burgeoning wave of downtempo acts way back in 1998. Andy Dragazis blended Guitars, Bass, Drums, Fender Rhodes, Bouzuki and the Hammond Organ. Blue States debut release the imaginatively titled 'Blue States Forever EP' was released in 1998.
