i found you. the piccie above is indeed the cover for TV On The Radio's highly anticipated upcoming album 'Dear Science'. the album, which is set for release on September 22, is the follow-up to 2006's critically-acclaimed 'Return to Cookie Mountain'. both SPIN and Pitchfork named the latter one of their top albums of the year. pretty impressive, eh?
