Before you stop reading, I'll grab your attention by saying that Department of Eagles features members of Grizzly Bear . Three of the four, in fact. Although, to be honest, this band predates Grizzly Bear's existence by a couple of years, coming from Daniel Rossen's college days, when he founded this band with Fred Nicolaus .
